Sustainability

Our Mission

We here at Living Theros Luxury Suites from the very first day of our operation, but to be precise, even during the process of buildings’ restoration and renovation, we followed the path towards sustainability, focusing on people, local society and of course, the environment. This was done with persistence and love of what we do and “where we want to go”!

01
Sustainable
building
  • Architecture is inspired by the traditional patterns of Tinos
  • The ceilings and smaller windows allow cooling of the spaces during summers while the verandas bring sunlight and fresh air from outside to inside
  • The restoration of the building preserved the Tinos spirit of the shell building with local marble that helps cooling and freshness

the local community

  • Local community to offer experience to our guests (wine tasting, gastronomy, use of drivers, car and speedboat rentals, etc.) is used
  • Open communication with the local community so as to offer to the island any possible assistance to their needs
